6. Returns

Right of Withdrawal

The User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from a purchase made on the Website within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification.

This withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day the User or a third party (other than the carrier) authorized by the User acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of split deliveries, the period expires 14 calendar days from the day the User or their authorized third party receives the final item of the order. For service contracts, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, the User must notify Mireiacigarran.com of their decision. This can be done using the contact forms available on the Website.
Regardless of the method used, the User must clearly and unequivocally state their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. The User may use the model withdrawal form provided by Mireiacigarran.com, although its use is not mandatory.
The withdrawal period is met if the communication is sent before the 14-day deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal, Mireiacigarran.com will reimburse the User for all payments received, including delivery charges (except for additional charges arising from the User’s choice of a delivery method different from the standard, least expensive option offered on the Website). The refund will be issued without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date Mireiacigarran.com was informed of the User’s decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the original transaction. This refund will not incur any additional cost for the User. However, Mireiacigarran.com may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the User provides proof of return—whichever comes first.

Returns must be made without undue delay, and in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date the User notified Mireiacigarran.com of the decision to withdraw.
The User acknowledges that they are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods (transport, delivery) and for any decrease in value resulting from handling the products in ways other than what is necessary to determine their nature, features, or functioning.
The User is aware that certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, as specified in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 (Spanish Consumer Protection Law).
In any case, no refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond simply opening the packaging, if it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, or if it has been damaged after delivery.
Products must be returned with all original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return of Defective Products or Delivery Errors

This applies to cases where the User believes that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to the contract or order specifications. In such cases, the User must immediately contact Mireiacigarran.com and notify us of the issue (defect or error) using the same channels or contact details provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).

The User will then be informed about how to proceed with returning the product. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the User will be notified within a reasonable timeframe whether a refund or replacement is applicable.
Refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date the User receives confirmation via email that the non-conforming item will be refunded or replaced.
If a product is returned due to a confirmed defect, the full purchase amount will be refunded, including original delivery costs and any return shipping expenses incurred by the User. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used by the User.
In any case, these processes will always comply with the consumer rights and applicable legislation in force at the time.

7. Warranties

The User, as a consumer, is entitled to legal guarantees on the products purchased through this Website, in accordance with the laws applicable to each type of product. Therefore, Mireiacigarran.com is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery.

In this regard, products are considered to be in conformity with the contract when they:
